Torneo is the runner from the Jamie Snowden yard in the 13:45 at Taunton today, and Gavin Sheehan is booked to take the ride. The five-year-old has been knocking on the door on his three starts over fences this season.

He has finished second behind two subsequent winners in his previous two efforts. The latest of those saw him chase home Beat Box over two miles at Hereford in early December. Looks a major player based on his last two efforts.

Frere d'Armes represents the Dan Skelton yard in the Hunters' Chase on Wednesday.

The eight-year-old has won three from 18 efforts over the bigger obstacles, and was last seen winning impressively in handicap company over two miles and five at Fakenham.

Was seven lengths clear of Scene One on that day. That was an impressive outing on his first attempt over two miles and five, and there promises to be more to come.

Flowering is the runner for the team of Dan Skelton and Harry Skelton in the Mares' Handicap Hurdle at Taunton.

The four-year-old was a modest performer on the flat, and immediately looked a progressive sort on her hurdles debut when getting the better of Character Testing by a neck over two miles at Warwick.

Hasn't been able to reach those same heights since, but her fourth at Catterick over an extended one mile and seven was a step back in the right direction.
