17:30 - Lansing

The first selection of the day from us comes over seven furlongs and Lansing for Trainer David Marnane was a big eye-catcher on debut at this venue last month and should come on a bunch for that run and hopefully get off the mark .

He lost a fair bit of ground when slowly away but still managed to stay on well to finish seventh, having no right to even get that close completely making a mess of the bend and going wide.

This trainer/owner combination has produced some decent horses previously and Chris Hayes now takes over from a claimer which is a bonus.

18:30 - Jerandme

Jerandme is our next pick of the evening in Ireland and we are looking for a quick-fire double for jockey Chris Hayes as he teams up with national hunt trainer Noel Meade.

This six year old was a smart bumper horse in 2018 winning both his outings and then during the summer of 2019 he stepped up to hurdles and carried on his good form with a place and got off the mark on his second start over timber.

He was sent to Leopardstown on the flat this time with Meade wanting him to be a dual purpose horse and he was strong second behind a smart Willie Mullins horse.

Since then he has been second twice, once over hurdles and the other on the flat and if taking to the all weather on his debut he has the stamina to be a huge player.

20:00 - Bombshell

The final selection from Dundalk is the Maiden sprint contest over five furlongs and with Joseph O'Brien being in superb form over the jumps and on the flat recently we are sticking with his filly.

He fields Bombshell who looks to be the pick of the bunch although he does not offer outstanding form, at the end of last year he was a smart second over course and distance.

This looks a very weak contest which means if she can't go on and win here she will not go on to progress in the future and that normally isn't the way with O'Brien's horses.
