Not So Sleepy

Hughie Morrison saddles one in this year's Champion Hurdle with Not So Sleepy. The 12-year-old has finished fifth of the last three runnings of this contest.

bet365

Nemean Lion

Kerry Lee teams up with jockey Richard Patrick for the Champion Hurdle with seven-year-old Nemean Lion. The gelding makes his festival debut here on the back of a Grade Two success last time out at Wincanton.

bet365

State Man

As a result of Constitution Hill being pulled out of this year's festival due to illness/injury, the hot favourite for the contest is now Willie Mullins' treble Grade One winner this season State Man. His only defeat in his last 11 runs came in this last year, and he will be hoping he can go one better without Henderson's freak of nature running.

bet365

Colonel Mustard

Lorna Fowler saddles one in the Champion Hurdle on Tuesday in the form of Colonel Mustard. The nine-year-old was last seen finishing second to Nemean Lion in the G2 Kingwell Hurdle at Wincanton last time out.

bet365

Zarak The Brave

Willie Mullins has two in this year's Champion Hurdle, in the form of favourite State Man and Zarak The Brave. The five-year-old has one win since the beginning of this year's jumps season, at Naas last time out but was pulled up at Tipperary prior to that.

bet365

Irish Point

Gordon Elliott saddles one in the Champion Hurdle, with Irish Point now coming to this race instead of the Stayers' Hurdle on Thursday. The six-year-old has won his last four starts and now faces a top horse in State Man, but he has the quality to potentially trouble him.

bet365

Luccia

We are down to the remaining two runners for the Champion Hurdle, with Nicky Henderson saddling both in the form of Iberico Lord and firstly Luccia. She latter arrives here on the back of winning the Betfair Exchange Trophy at Ascot.

bet365

Iberico Lord

The second of Henderson's runners in the Champion Hurdle is Iberico Lord, winner of the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury last time out, fending off the likes of L'eau Du Sud and Go Dante to claim victory.Nico de Boinville again rides here.
