Trainer To Follow - Owen Burrows

Owen Burrows sends two runners to Ascot on Saturday and both of them have leading chances which makes him a trainer to follow across the day.

His big chance of the afternoon comes in the Group One King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes with Hukum looking to notch another Group One to his roster and having form figures of 131 at the track he holds a big chance.

Burrows has another big chance in the Listed Pat Eddery Stakes with second favourite Alyanaabi who was a nice winner on debut and now steps up in class.

Burrows has managed one winner from his last six runners over the last two weeks which leaves him with a 17% strike rate.

Jockey To Follow - Kevin Stott

Kevin Stott has a good book of rides on Saturday at Ascot starting in the opener on Miami Heat who is looking to build on his fifth on debut.

In the Group Three Margaret Stakes he sits on Komat who was a winner on debut and now needs to find that form again having been running to a fair level in last two events without winning.

Stott then gets the leg up on Mysterious Love at a big price but in the International Stakes he has big claims on Baradar for George Boughey who will love the softer conditions.

In the feature Group One King George he has a live chance on Royal Ascot winner and Epsom Derby second King Of Steel who is currently the 4/1 second favourite.

Stott then teams up with Saeed bin Suroor in the Betfred Handicap on Major Partnership who was a winner two starts ago and will be looking to get back to that form.

The jockey heads into the weekend sporting a strike rate of 18% for the last two weeks, managing to land five winners from his last 28 runners.
