Trainer To Follow - George Boughey

Classic winning trainer George Boughey only sends over two runners on the second day of the meeting and both of them have leading chances.

With Soprano being a non runner, one of his best chances of the afternoon is Via Sistina who has been superb this term landing back to back races including the Group One Pretty Polly Stakes and now dropping to a mile could take another big race for her season.

The yards other big chance on the afternoon comes in the lucky last with Conquistador being tough to beat off his Royal Ascot form.

Boughey heads into the second day of the July Cup meeting sporting a strike rate of 27% for the last to weeks, managing to land seven winners from his 26 runners.

Jockey To Follow - William Buick

William Buick gets the leg up on the best of the Godolphin runners on Friday which makes him the man to follow with them all having big chances.

His first ride of the afternoon comes in the 1m2f Handicap and dropping back in trip Tagabawa is the bookies favourite to land the race.

Buick then sits on Star Of Mystery who made it back to back wins last time out and the filly only looks like she is going to improve again.

In the feature Group One Falmouth Stakes with Frankie Dettori serving a ban, he gets the ride on Prosperous Voyage who landed this race last season.

The Norwegian then rides debutant Emperor's Star for Godolphin in the Maiden Stakes and then in the Boodles Handicap gets the leg up on Harry Magnus.

To Finish the afternoon he rides for George Boughey on Conquistador who could be tough to beat off his Royal Ascot form.
