Trainer To Follow - William Haggas

William Haggas sends runners to both Ayr and Newbury on Saturday looking for winners across the card and he holds some leading chances.

One of his best chances of the afternoon at Ayr comes in the Listed Doonside Cup with My Prospero given a big opportunity to get back to winning ways.

Another chance for Haggas in Scotland comes in the feature Ayr Gold Cup with Montassib dropping down in trip and drawn well in stall 10.

Over at Newbury Haggas brings back Sense Of Duty having been off the track for 455 days and if handling the softer conditions won't be far away.

In the Autumn Cup he fields Laafi who should enjoy the step up to this trip on pedigree and is also having his first run since a gelding operation he looks interesting.

Others to note at Newbury from the yard include Gaassee and Millebosc in the Class 2 Handicap over 1m2f.

Jockey To Follow - Jim Crowley

Jim Crowley has managed to pick up some smart rides at Ayr on Saturday and with some of them at bigger prices he is worth following.

One of his better rides on the afternoon comes in the Group Three Firth Of Clyde with 11/8 favourite Raqiya looking to land a hat-trick and looks a progressive type.

In the feature race of the afternoon in Scotland the Ayr Gold Cup, he sits on the favourite Orazio for Charles Hills who will be looking to get back to form.
