The first race of the day at Dundalk comes in the Smart Money's On Coral Handicap over 5 furlongs and we have selected Blastofmagic for trainer Adrian Joyce.
This five year old gelding looks to be a very consistent performer finishing in and around the frame in his last three starts and running well in defeat behind some smart horses.
Today he is back at the scene of his latest victory seven pounds better off from his last run and just two pounds higher than his last winning mark.
The Maiden contest comes next at Dundalk with again a large field of runners set to go to post and in this contest of 1 mile we have selected two runners Cerberus for Joseph O'Brien and Will Be Long for Jack Davison.
Cerberus looks to have a great chance in this contest and tops the betting after finishing a smart third behind some decent horses on debut at this track and if improving can have a say in proceedings.
The each way value lies in our eyes with Will Be King who has a handy three pound claimer on but also has consistent figures of finishing in the placings and shouldn't be to far away if producing the same run.
The fourth race of the day at Dundalk comes in the Division Two Handicap over 1 mile and we have selected Lappet for trainer Alan Fleming.
This four year old filly again is another consistent runner finishing third on her last two starts in some big fields and with her being comfortable at this course she might be able to out run her odds again.
Although she is yet to get off the mark in her last five races, she has showed a lot of ability and if improving from her latest few runs, she will have a great chance.
Next up is another Handicap but this time over 6 furlongs and we have gone with the John James Feane trained Billyfairplay.
This five year old has been ultra consistent this campaign winning three out of his last six races and his latest coming over course and distance at this track.
With his three wins, since the turn of the year he has not been outside of the top three with two good place performances and he could easily go one better today.
The penultimate preview tip from Dundalk is in a hotly contested Handicap over 1 mile 4 furlongs and we have selected the four year old Trevena for trainer Denis Hogan.
This filly is holding one of the lowest weights in the race with some of her opponents giving her over a stone. In her last four races she has gone on to win two and finish second in another.
She is coming up against a tricky competitor in the Joseph O'Brien trained Chess Grand Master who was excellent last time out at this track but he is high in the weights and Trevena can capitalise on that.
The final race of the night under the lights at Dundalk is another Handicap over 1 mile 2 1/2 furlongs and we have gone with the bottom weighted Yarraman trained by Patrick Flynn.
This five year old finished a strong second last time out behind a really smart four year old in Chaparral Dream and if that using that form today has a real chance.
He is more of an each way price but can be progressive from his latest run and take the lucky last under the lights.
