The Nap on Wednesday comes in the Class 3 Handicap over five furlongs and the unbeaten Winner Method has a great chance to make it four wins in a row.

The three year old has raced three times over course and distance and has won every single event in fine style, winning his first event off a mark of 52 and his last off 69.

The son of Deep Field seems to be highly progressive and although up again in the handicap to a mark of 78, he should take it in his stride and will be tough to beat with Zac Purton on board.

The first horse in the each way double is the A T Millard trained Gold Comet, who showed signs of a revival in form last time out.

The five year old has only been seen five times during his career, needing his debut over six furlongs and then next time out got the the hang of things to finish second over the same course and distance.

However, after that he put in two lesser performances, one when stepping up slightly in trip, but he sparked a revival last time out when a close second back over 6f.

His team are stepping him up to a mile for this event and if improving for the extra two furlongs, his mark of 52 could look very workable.

The final runner and second part of the each way double sees us go with the Douglas Whyte trained Harmony Spirit, who looks weighted to go close.

The five year old has been in up and down form but has two third placed finished in his last three runs and his latest run over course and distance looked very interesting.

He runs in this event off only 1lb higher and having only gone down by a head, he should be a live player once more if replicating the form.
