Donnacha O'Brien fields his yards leading light Fancy Blue who heads into the Group One event after a superb win in the French Oaks at Chantilly.

She does have the best form heading into the race having seen off the Coronation Stakes winner Alpine Star that and also reversing her 1000 Guineas second, when beating Peaceful in France.

She has looked a smart horse throughout her career and if running to form has to be in the mix once more.

The Hamdan Al Maktoum owned four year old is one of the most progressive fillies in training having landed all of her last six races, getting better and better with each run.

Having shown plenty of ability as a youngster it has been this season that she has shown her best form, landing the Group Two Duke Of Cambridge Stakes and from that stepping up to the Group One Falmouth Stakes and beating another good field.

She faces another stiff test going up against the favourite Fancy Blue but if progressing like she has and taking to the extra distance, she should be in the mix.

Last year's winner for Japan, Deirdre would be another shock winner in this event if she could land back to back renewals but now a year older might find it event harder.

She has race twice this year, starting in late February when finishing second in Riyadh in a weak event and then after a small break the six year old returned to England in the Eclipse.

She finished a no better fifth that that day and although she will come on for the run, she will need to be better than she was last term to win this event.

Magic Wand is a very useful mare for Aidan O'Brien and has had some market support over the coming days and it would not be a surprise to see her go close if reproducing her best form.

She is a previous international Group One winner, landing the Mackinnon Stakes in Australia back in November and since then has ran well in black type events over in Hong Kong and America.

Since the turn of the season the five year old has landed a Group Two at the Curragh with ease and also finished a decent fourth in the Eclipse and replicating that form sees her go close.

Sir Michael Stoute landed a hat-trick of wins in this race back in 2004 and has not won the race since and it would take a career best for his filly Queen Power to do so here.

The King Power owned four year old has been looking for a step up in trip and should take to the extra distance but her form line entering a black type event does not look strong enough.

This term she has placed in both her events, finishing second behind Terebellum at Newmarket and then finding the mile at Royal Ascot a bit sharp, finishing third behind Nazeef in the Duke Of Cambridge.

It is hard to see her changing that form and with only seven runners even place aspects look tough.

One Voice goes for Jessica Harrington and bar her last run she has been a very progressive youngster that does look like a filly that can run well in a big race.

However, she has no proven Group One form and although placing in a Listed race and landing a Group Three at Leopardstown, when stepped up to a Group Two event last time out she struggled.

She will need to put that run behind her and put up a career best to be involved.

The final of the event and big outsider of the field is Lavender's Blue, who made her return at Royal Ascot last month in the Duke Of Cambridge Stakes and she looked outclassed.

She could only manage seventh out of 10 runners and although she will come on for that run, this is not the type of race to try and find your form.
