Today we have highlighted an interesting move by one trainer at Fontwell this afternoon as today he quickly turns out one of his runners, having landed a race with him last Tuesday and now just seven days later bids for a second win with the same horse.
Trainer Tom Lacey holds a respectable 71% strike rate with his last time out winners running again within seven days, and also poses a 17% strike rate with all winners next time out.
The horse in question is Nocte Volatus who heads into the event having bolted up last time out by 17 lengths at Catterick and runs over a similar trip off the same mark today.
