⚫ Ascot (12:20) - Milan Tino
⚫ Ascot (12:55) - Gidleigh Park (NR)
⚫ Ascot (13:30) - Celtic Dino
⚫ Ascot (14:05) - Gemirande
⚫ Ascot (14:40) - Afadil
⚫ Ascot (15:15) - Regatta De Blanc
⚫ Ascot (15:50) - Kdeux Saint Fray
The opening race has fallen apart slightly with Honky Tonk Highway and Marvellous Mick both declared as non-runners.
That could open the door for Milan Tino to open his account after impressing in Juvenile Hurdles last season. Michael O'Sullivan is booked to take the ride on the four-year-old, who looked as though he needed the run on his latest outing at Auteil.
Was sent off as the favourite Boodles at the Cheltenham Festival, before finishing sixth. Has excellent claims on his form last season, and should strip fitter after a pair of efforts in France last month.
Celtic Dino represents the red-hot Sam Thomas yard in the 13:30 at Ascot on Friday.
The five-year-old was a two-time bumper winner last season, and made a very eye-catching debut over hurdles last month.
He stormed clear of the field at Wincanton over a mile and seven, beating Mo Shantou by 14 lengths.
Is unlikely to have things all his own way at Ascot, but shapes as though he could be a leading player in this division and further improvement is likely on this second start over obstacles.
Venetia Williams-trained Gemirande could prove difficult to beat in the 14:05 at Ascot on Friday. The eight-year-old will have Charlie Deutsch aboard.
He has won three from 13 starts over fences, and has finished outside of the top three places on just three occasions. Made his seasonal reappearance on Friday. He was last seen finishing tenth of 12 over two miles and four at Cheltenham in April.
Deserves plenty of attention this week after dropping to an eye-catching mark. Also represents a trainer that has won this race in three of the last nine editions.
Afadil is preferred to bounce back to form on Friday for the red-hot Paul Nicholls team. Freddie Gingell takes the ride, and has also been among the winners in recent weeks, striking at a 29% rate.
Was below his best in the autumn, and was last seen finishing 12 lengths behind Our Champ when fourth over an extended mile and seven at Ascot at the start of the month.
Has now dropped to an eye-catching mark, and well worth consideration for connections that deserve a lot of respect.
Paul Nicholls and Freddie Gingell team up with Regatta De Blanc in the penultimate race on the card at Ascot on Friday.
The six-year-old will carry top weight, but has won twice from three starts over fences. Was a four-time winner in point-to-points.
Still boasts an unexposed profile, and shared as though she needed the run after finishing third and nine lengths behind Rockstown Girl at Chepstow on her return after a 161-day break in October.
Yard among the winners, and she could resume her progress.
Kdeux Saint Fray is preferred to land the final race on the card at Ascot on Friday.
Anthony Honeyball is striking at a 17% rate over the last two weeks, and the trainer tends to do well in bumpers.
The four-year-old gelding will be making his first start for Honeyball, with Jonathan Burke booked to take the ride.
Kdeux Saint Fray was a point winner in Britain earlier this year, winning by a dominant 14-length margin. Could take the beating if re-appearing at that level on debut under rules.
