Ayr (14:00) Tip - Dunnet Head

Dunnet Head represents the Iain Jardine yard in the 14:00 at Ayr today.

The seven-year-old will have Conor O'Farrell aboard, as he seeks a first win on his second start over fences. The selection was a winner in a bumper and over hurdles, and there were positives to take from his chase debut last month when travelling well before fading over two miles and six.

Is very interesting now back down in trip.

DUNNET HEAD @ 9/2

Ayr (14:30) Tip - Shoeshine Boy

Donald Whillans sends Shoeshine Boy to Ayr today. The nine-year-old has previous success over course and distance, which includes a win on soft ground at the start of February last year.

Started this season in excellent form with a narrow win over Dinons over two miles and seven at Hexham.

Was below that standard at Carlisle last time, but there will be no surprises if he is to bounce back to form today.

SHOESHINE BOY @ 6/1

Ayr (15:40) Tip - KInbara Firstdraft

J J Slevin travels to Ayr for the ride on Kinbara Firstdraft today.

The Stuart Crawford runner has won twice from eight attempts over hurdles, which includes a success over course and distance at the start of November when beating Malangen by nearly two lengths.

Was below that standard over two miles and four last time at Navan, but a return to Ayr could spark a response today.

KINBARA FIRSTDRAFT @ 5/1

Ayr (16:13) Tip - They're Chancers

A fascinating flat race rounds off the card at Ayr on Tuesday. Plenty have chances, but the runners with previous racecourse experience have little appeal.

Therefore, a chance is taken on Nicky Richards-trained They're Chancers to make a winning start under rules.

The five-year-old was a 70,000 euros purchase as a three-year-old, and this Milan gelding looks very appealing on these terms.
