This weekend there is some great jumps racing in England with the 22/23 National Hunt season up and running and we have pinpointed a selection from Aintree on Sunday, who at his current odds looks big ante-post value.
Sunday sees Aintree's first jumps meeting of the season and its feature race is the Grade Two Old Roan Chase and we like the look of Do Your Job who has been boosted to 11/2, who at this stage looks an each way bet to nothing.
Very smart novice hurdler for Michael Scudamore winning two of his seven starts in 2020/21 season, whilst also placing in another four.
His stand out efforts in that season came when second to My Drogo at Kelso in the Grade Two Premier Novices' Hurdle and finishing his stint over flights at Aintree when second to Belfast Banter in the Grade One Top Novices' Hurdle.
Sent chasing last term he got off the mark at the first time of asking at Warwick and then getting over a fall finished second at Kempton over Christmas behind Edwardstone in the Grade Two Wayward Lad Novices' Chase.
Seen three more times last season, he was second of three in the Grade Two Lightning Novices' Chase at Doncaster, but then backed that up with back to back wins at Newcastle and Ayr, with his last run seeing him take the Grade Two Future Champions Novice Chase at Ayr.
Coming out of novice company for the first time he looks set to go well off a mark of 146 and having won on his opening run for the last two seasons, he his hard to rule out at the prices.
