Champagnesuperover is the runner from the Olly Murphy yard in the opener at Catterick today.

Beau Morgan will take the ride on the ten-year-old, who has won twice over fences. Among those include a victory over course and distance in 2022.

The seven-year-old goes back over hurdles on Wednesday after a couple of below par efforts over fences this season. Was last seen finishing sixth of seven over two miles and three at Sedgefield over the larger obstacles.

However, he returns in this sphere on an eye-catching mark, and he has won once from eight attempts over hurdles.

A competitive flat race rounds off the card at Catterick on Wednesday. Plenty have interesting cases, but the preference is for Dilly's Gunner for the Michael & David Easterby yard.

The filly will have Billy Garritty aboard. She made an eye-catching debut under rules last month when shaping nicely to finish a length behind Eagles Reprieve.

Likely to strip fitter for that effort, and could get a win on her second attempt today.
