Big fields on the turf at Tampa can lead to the occasional surprise result but it is hard to argue with the selection's current form. Twice a winner at this level recently including in what would have been a tougher assignment at Gulfstream he can hold a handy position under leading rider Antonio Gallardo who has a 3 from 6 record for 30% trainer Georgina Baxter at this meeting.

Astute Warrior could be another for the same combination.

Re-claimed out of a marginally weaker race at Parx by jockey Darien Rodriguez and looks to have improved since winning at Tampa this time last year.

While this is a competitive heat his main rivals have generally been running in slightly weaker company and the fact they are likely to 'hook up' for a contested lead should suit the selection's handy running style.
