There is nothing we love seeing more than punters sending us big winners and the past week we've had plenty tweeted in to us and commented on our Facebook page.
It's been a superb week of racing with the four day Ebor meeting from York throwing out plenty of winning favourites that ultimately saw the bookies take a huge beating across the week and especially on the third day.
With favourites winning there was also a fair few races across the week that saw huge fielded handicaps which gave punters the opportunity to land decent sized each way bets in bigger fields.
Handicaps were at the forefront of a lot of peoples big winning slips from across the week with certain punters trying to land a famous gamble.
This is something you may see quite regularly at smaller meetings but it does happen at the big festivals aswell and it means when horses who were a big price are backed into a far shorter price.
This is usually when word has got about from connections that the horse is overpriced. Not every gamble lands though so if you do see this in the future, just be wise to the fact that they can sometimes go quite wrong and horses can get backed in then drift out again.
The Ebor meeting saw some of the best racing of the flat season to date and alongside that it is always nice to take advantage of that and have a few more pennies in your betting bank just like the people who've sent in the below betslips.
