Darragh Keenan takes the ride on Seven Questions for trainer George Scott this weekend. The three-year-old has struggled since winning at the start of May over five furlongs at Newmarket.
That effort was followed with a solid third behind Kerdos over the same trip, but since then, he has taken 13th in the G1 King Charles III Stakes and last of 25 when stepped up to six furlongs in the Stewards’ Cup. Drop back in trip likely a positive.

Archie Watson’s runner this weekend is Albasheer, who will have Hollie Doyle aboard. The six-year-old has been very competitive throughout this season, including a win over Emperor Sprit over five furlongs at Ascot in July.
He has finished in the first two on three from six starts, and was last seen finishing within a length of American Affair in the Portland Handicap last week.

Jason Watson and Michael Appleby join forces with Annaf this weekend. The five-year-old made a long-awaited return to the track at Haydock earlier this month, but could make no impression over six furlongs in the G1 Sprint Cup Stakes.
Was a winner in the Middle East over seven furlongs in February. His end-of-season form was strong last term, winning the Portland Handicap before stepping up to Group Three company to score in the Bengough Stakes.

Robert Cowell’s runner in the race this weekend is Democracy Dilemma, with Rossa Ryan taking the ride. The four-year-old won on his latest start, getting the better of Albasheer by a nose to land the Bullet Sprint Stakes at Beverley.
Has held his own throughout this season, also winning the Stellar Handicap at Chester and taking third in the City Walls Stakes.

Desperate Hero will be the ride of David Probert this weekend. The Jack Channon-trained runner ran an excellent race last weekend to finish within four lengths of Bradsell when taking sixth in the G1 Flying Five.
Was a solid step back in the right direction after finishing last of ten in the G2 Qatar Stakes. Has a win over course and distance to his name in handicap company, and he’s an each-way player.
