On Friday, Jessica Harrington will be bidding to have a winner on UK shores, sending just the one runner on a 648 mile round trip across the Irish Sea down to Newbury in an attempt to record further black-type success.

The three-year-old colt was only 1½ lengths behind multiple Group 1 winner Poetic Flare when tackling this afternoons trip at Leopardstown back in April, and to add to that his maiden victory back in September reads well in the context of this race with the form well-advertised since, so with him to set face nothing of that calibre here he may well have been overlooked in the betting.
