Leading Irish Raider for the Grade 3 Ladbrokes on Trophy on Saturday at Newbury has had to be declared a non runner by his trainer Willie Mullins after it was announced on Thursday that he will not be running in the race due to adverse weather causing travel problems.
The Mullins six year old was scheduled to be one of the favourites for the 3 miles 2 furlongs contest after his seasonal reappearance was a strong one, going on to defeat four other rivals in the Grade 2 Clonmel Oil Chase.

The new market leaders are Elegant Escape for Colin Tizzard who won the Listed Future Stars intermediate Chase on his seasonal debut at Sandown just pipping the Tom Lacey trained Thomas Patrick who is also joint favourite at 4/1 in the betting.
