Drifts Away is the runner from the T J Kent yard in the opener at Kempton today.

The four-year-old has won twice from seven starts on the all-weather, and maintained his consistent levels when third over a mile at Southwell at the start of last month.

Plenty to like about his chances, and should come on from his last effort after tiring in the final strides.

Opera Ballo is a newcomer of note in the 17:30 at Kempton today.

The runners with previous racecourse experience make little appeal, and the three-year-old for Charlie Appleby could make a winning debut.

Billy Loughnane is booked to take the ride on the runner, who has a close relation to a 7 1/2 furlongs winner in France that boasted an RPR of 97.

The red-hot Andrew Balding yard is represented by Quai De Bethune in the 18:00 at Kempton today.

Oisin Murphy is booked to take the ride. The three-year-old made eye-catching progress in the final stages on his racecourse debut last September, finishing third over seven furlongs at Sandown.

Makes his all-weather debut today, but plenty is going in his favour.

Sean Bowen is booked to take the ride on Chola Empire for trainer David Simcock today.

The six-year-old has won three from 21 starts on the all-weather, but has failed to beat a single rival on his last two attempts.

Plenty of back form to like, including a second over course and distance in February 2023. Well handicapped on his best form.

Dream Voyage is the runner from the in-form Hugo Palmer yard in the 19:30 at Kempton today. David Probert takes the ride on the three-year-old filly.

She made a solid return to action earlier this month when taking a fine third over six furlongs at Linfield.

Faces an uphill task off top weight today, but holds plenty of ability based on her turn effort over six furlongs.

Oyamal is worth a second look at a huge each-way price in the 20:00 at Kempton today.

The Phil McEntee runner will have Grace McEntee aboard today, as he chases a first career win under rules. Hasn't been seen on track since finishing last of eight at Chelmsford in late May.

However, he has out-performed his odds after a long layoff previously when finishing third of ten at Chelmsford over a mile and two last year at odds of 80/1.

Hector Crouch and James Owen team up with Shaad in the finale at Kempton today.

The four-year-old is yet to win in ten starts under rules, but he produced a solid return to form when last seen eleven days ago after taking a fine second behind Payment Plan at Wolverhampton over an extended two miles.

Looks well handicapped on that form, and should go close if repeating his effort a few weeks ago.
