Lorcan Williams is booked to take the ride on Jeremy Scott-trained Pilsdon Pen in the 16:02 at Lingfield today.

The eight-year-old was hugely progressive over fences last winter, winning on two from four starts. He returned to the track for the first time since winning over two miles and four at Wincanton last January.

Absence is a slight concern, but if in full working order, he could be very difficult to beat.

Double Oban represents the red-hot Olly Murphy stable in the finale at Lingfield today.

The five-year-old has won twice from five starts over hurdles, and comes into this race in excellent form after beating Lahire over an extended two miles at Market Rasen last month.

Proven over this trip, and remains on a workable mark. Lewis Saunder is booked to take the ride.
