There seems to have been some big money put down ahead of some of the racing at Southwell today and we have highlighted one runner that has undergone some serious support.
The horse undergoing the gamble today is the Alice Haynes trained Beat The Breeze that has seen his opening price of 5/1 be smashed into as short as 5/4 ahead of the 16:50 at Southwell.
The gelding was a course and distance winner three starts ago off a mark of 66 and off 3lb higher the last twice at Wolverhampton and Lingfield he has finished credible thirds.
He runs off a mark of 70 today which is a career high mark, but back at a track and distance he loves, he should go close once more.
