There seems to have been some big money put down ahead of some of the racing at Ayr this afternoon and we have highlighted one runner that has undergone some serious support.
The horse in question is the Karl Burke trained Dandalla that has seen her price of 10/1 be smashed into as short as 5/1 ahead of the Listed Scottish Sprint this afternoon.
The 3yo filly was a Group winner at Royal Ascot and Newmarket as a 2yo however has yet to replicate that success this campaign.
She has run respectable races at this level the last twice, finishing 5th over 6f on her penultimate run before making eye-catching progress from the rear last time out at Beverley over 5f in the Bullet Sprint Stakes to finish 5th once again.
It is thought this intermediary trip of 5.5f will be sure to suit and her chances are further aided by the employment of Ben Curtis in the saddle who is in flying form with a 35% strike rate in the last 14 days.
Curtis also holds an impressive 22% strike rate when teaming up with Karl Burke who himself sees great success when taking runners to the Scottish venue with a 21% strike rate at Ayr this season.
Big chance with the runner having also taken the most money on the exchanges at the time of writing.
