Airman is the runner from the Richard Fahey yard in the 17:45 at Newcastle today. In-form Oisin Orr is booked to take the ride on the gelding.

The four-year-old was last seen finishing fifth of ten over six furlongs at Wolverhampton. That was a step in the wrong direction after impressing over five furlongs at Southwell in December when just over a length behind Equilateral.

Should be in the mix today if back at that level.

Brian Ellison's runner in the 18:15 at Newcastle today is Milners Gamble, who will be the ride for Harry Russell.

The four-year-old has won once from eleven starts under rules, and has been off the track since a fine third over a mile and two at Doncaster in September.

Deserves plenty of respect on this comeback effort over a mile, and has previous form on the all-weather over the trip after finishing a close fourth behind Light Up Our Stars at Southwell in July.
