The Michael Bell trained Pretty Pollyanna will look to make amends back at the Rowley Mile a week Friday after her disappointing fourth last Saturday in the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket.
She will be entered in the Group 1 bet365 Fillies' Mile and look to reverse her current odds of 13/2 after justifying favouritism last Saturday but not living up to her usual standards.
The two year old filly has only ever ran at six furlongs and has been a serious contender this year in the majority of her races which see's her up there for the Cartier two year old filly of the year but this race at Newmarket next week could be crucial for that.
Prior to her last performance she had been really consistent winning the Group 2 Duchess Of Cambridge Stakes at newmarket and after that she was sent to Deauville in France for the Group 1 Prix Morny and she again beat the field and looked a really smart youngster.
The difference from her performance in the Cheveley Park to her others is that she didnt get the lead early and wasn't allowed to dictate the race doing all her work late on which is a side we haven't seen of her before and this could work in next weeks Fillies' Mile.
