There's nothing we love seeing more than punters sending us big winners and the past week we've had plenty tweeted in to us and commented on our Facebook page.
It's not been the best week of racing standard wise and that can often work in the favour of bookies but it also means that there are more opportunities for punters to land decent sized each way bets in bigger fields of lesser quality, especially in handicaps if you do your research or simply follow our tips on our website and social media pages.
Something you may see quite regularly at smaller meetings is gambles. Gambles are when horses who were a big price are backed into a far shorter price. This is usually when word has got about from connections that the horse is overpriced. Not every gamble lands though so if you do see this in the future, just be wise to the fact that they can sometimes go quite wrong and horses can get backed in then drift out again.
