Over the years of horse racing there has always been moments in seasons on both the flat and the jumps that take the eye whether it be amazing horses that romp to victory or horses that come back from an injury to win a big race but what we are highlighting here are moments in a season that you can't remember and not for being special.
In national hunt racing horses falling is a formality and it is a horrible side of the sport but it also is what keeps it entertaining as most horses are still in the race until the last fence.

However, the big races are coming thick and fast now with another Group 1 set for this weekend at Haydock with what is seen as the first big race of the season over fences with the Betfair Chase.
This race last year brought up an astonishing moment and one of the biggest winning distances of the season with Bristol De Mai going on to victory by 57 lengths.
