I think it’s interesting that Declan is waiting until 5:10 for his second and final mount, where he partners the Gordon Elliott trained Elusive Gogolo.
Elusive Gigolo failed to fire in two starts this season but he ran well to finish third at Roscommon on his final start last season.
The draw could have been a little kinder, Elusive Gigolo is drawn wide in stall 12, but he’s got one of the best in the business to get him into a challenging position and with not many miles on the clock, he’s only had nine starts, I’m going to take a chance that today could be Elusive Gigolo’s day.
