The International Hurdle on Saturday looks set to be a cracker and over the next few days we will be looking back on some of the best renewals of the race.
The 2017 resumption of the Grade Two event saw a very popular winner in My Tent Or Yours for JP McManus, who at the age of 10 landed arguably one of the best standards of the race.
With the race used as teaser for the Champion Hurdle in March, it saw Melon for Willie Mullins who has finished second in the race twice and the The New One who landed the contest three times.
My Tent Or Yours is a Grade One winner in his own regard and having landed this event aswell, at his age, he goes down as a very under rated two mile hurdler.
His record in the Champion Hurdle was not bad either and overall he was a very special horse for Nicky Henderson.
