The Dublin Racing Festival at Leopardstown is what all racing fans are looking forward to this weekend and throughout the week we will be going through some of the races from last year's two day festival.
On the Saturday the first race that kicks off the entire meeting is the Grade One Novice Hurdle over 2m6f and last year the event was landed by the Paul Nolan trained Latest Exhibition.
The gelding has been a star for the yard, putting Nolan back on the map as a Grade One winning trainer once more having not had a horse of this quality for sometime.
Latest Exhibition was a superb horse over hurdles, landing this Grade One and also finishing a narrow second at the Cheltenham festival in the Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle.
This season the horse has moved over to fences and has looked just as good winning on debut and then a narrow second again to Monkfish in his fist try in a Grade One over fences.
This race that the horse won in 2020 really kickstarted the meeting with how tight a finish it was.
