The Charlie Hall Chase is one of the feature races of the weekend in Britain and in the races honour we have looked back of some of the greatest renewals over the last few years.
In 2015 the superstar Cue Card landed the Grade Two event at Wetherby and just two months later went on to land the King George VI Chase at Kempton.
The Colin Tizzard trained runner had an elusive career and this win at Wetherby was one that kickstarted a huge few years for the now retired horses.
He went on to beat the likes of Many Clouds in the three mile contest and throughout his career he was known as one of the greatest staying chasers in the sport.
