The Caspian Caviar Gold Cup at Cheltenham on Saturday is one of the highlight races across the tracks December meeting a horse that has landed the event twice is Frodon.
Being very much an unknown entity in 2016 the plucky horse landed the event for the first time, but what was more impressive was coming back into the same race two years later and winning it again off top weight.
Frodon has been a frequent runner at Cheltenham, jumping his fences superbly and just asking his rider Bryony Frost for more effort every run.
In 2018 it was a remarkable performance and it helped get him to the Ryanair Chase at the 2019 festival, where he went on to land the Grade One event.
The Paul Nicholls trained horse, came back this season for October's version of the race and off top weight again went on to take the event.
He has been a horse for the ages for his jockey and trainer and now being a Grade One winner will want to add to that again this season.
