Sticking with the Irish Oaks theme this week and one of the best renewals of the event came in 2018 when British raider Sea Of Class came from he clouds to take the Group One.
The William Haggas trained filly was very much of an unknown entity when she headed to The Curragh having on raced three times.
She has finished second on her debut and from that kicked on to land back to back wins at Newbury in lesser company and stepping up to Group One company for the first time was a bold move.
However, taking on the Epsom Oaks winner Forever Together, she was switched out from the back of the field by James Doyle and from there motored home to land the race on the line.
