The first selection in the Ante-Post treble comes in the Grade Two Dovecote Novices' Hurdle at Kempton on Saturday and Atholl Street for Paul Nicholls looks a tough nut to crack.

The six year old son of Jeremy has only been seen three times during his career, once in bumper last term when finishing sixth in behind some nice types, but this term over hurdles has flourished.

The gelding made his seasonal debut in November at Taunton over flights and was a smart winner of the maiden contest, but he then backed that up next time out when an emphatic winner of a Novices' event at Taunton.

He went on to beat a fair field by 16 lengths going away and although being stepped up to this company, he offers some of the best form in the race and his trainer Paul Nicholls won this race in 2019.

Next up is out second selection in the treble on Saturday and it again comes in a Grade Two event with the Adonis Juvenile Hurdle always being a good clue ahead of the Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham.

Tritonic for Alan King is our pick and he looks very tough to beat off the back of his debut and currently being an odds against price makes him value for us.

The gelding had some strong form on the flat and is known for acting on soft ground, with his best run coming at Royal Ascot in June when a narrow second in the Golden Gates Handicap behind Highland Chief, who went on to frank the form in better races.

He made his seasonal debut over hurdles last time out at Ascot in a hot event and seemed to get better over his obstacles the further he went, staying out the two miles in good style.

He managed to get up close home under a confident ride by Adrian Heskin and sure to improve for that run he looks a big player again.

The final selection of the treble comes on the all weather at Lingfield at it sees the the Group Three Betway Winter Derby Stakes over 1m2f.

Father Of Jazz for Roger Varian has been foot perfect on his three runes on the all weather during the winter, landing all three events at Wolverhampton, Chelmsford and Lingfield.

The son of Kingman was an eye-catcher on debut at Sandown back in June when a good second behind the likeable Mambo Nights.

He was then given a break and send out onto the all weather in December when getting off the mark for the first time of his career at Wolves.

He then stepped up in trip to 1m2f and was an emphatic winner at Chelmsford and backed that up over course and distance at Lingfield.

He looks a highly progressive four year old for a top stable and if keeping on his upward curve is the obvious winner of this contest.
