The team to follow on the third week of the Racing League is the current second placed Wales & The West who have been going about their business fairly quietly and having crept near the top can now take top spot by the end of the third meeting.
They start the afternoon with two chances in the 1m4f Handicap with Sophosc and Cabrakan looking to both get back to winning ways and then in the second event Tregony represents one of their best chances of the afternoon.
In the Class 3 Handicap over a mile Galiac is the current second favourite for the race holding a big chance with their second runner Raising Sand now a veteran but still retaining ability.
The team are again at the top of the market with Honky Tonk Man in the 7f Handicap with Saffie Osbourne taking off 3lb and Alablaq although a bigger price could cause an upset.
In the final three races the Wales & The West team are not letting up with Zaman Jemil holding leading claims on handicap debut, Mitrosonfire and Mokaatil both superb sprinter heading to post in the 6f handicap and in the finale they will be looking to bring the curtain down on the show with the favourite Cuban Breeze.
Currently second in the standings on 269 points, they have a big chance of going top.
