A competitive Pertemps Network Handicap Hurdle qualifier is set for Wincanton at 14:38 on Boxing Day.

A chance could be taken on Dartmoor Pirate for the Anthony Honeyball team. Ben Godfrey is booked to take the ride on the five-year-old.

He has won once from five starts over hurdles, and was a solid fourth in the EBF Final at Sandown over two miles and four last season.

Back hurdling today after a disappointing return over fences, but he could come alive now back over the smaller obstacles and is handicapped to give a solid account.
