Leading jumps trainer Nicky Henderson has decided to send one of his national hunt runners on the flat at Wolverhampton this evening in what is a very strange move for the handler.
Henderson during his training career has had 15 runners at the all weather track, landing three winners and three places which sees him pose a 20% strike rate.
The horse he runs on Friday evening is the Simon Munir and Isaac Souede trained Impulsive One who made an impressive start to the season when landing both his first hurdles events, but has since found a few too good in very goos events.
Having been a horse that came over to national hunt racing this term from the flat he is no stranger to his task today and looks tough to beat on the bare face of his form.
