13:30 Peroni Nastro Handicap - Kotari

Didn’t show a great deal over hurdles over the winter but switched back to the flat in the spring he’s notched up an impressive brace of wins in handicaps over 12 furlongs.

13:50 William Hill Epic Value Handicap - Track Of Time

A decent performer last season in France who went close in listed company over 12 furlongs before scoring over a mile in a low grade event.

Posted a couple of decent efforts in Meydan in handicap company in deep looking races before switching hands and being moved to Ian Williams for training.

14:05 Peroni EBF Fillies’ Handicap - Farhh To Shy

A decent mare last season who scored here at Ascot last season and at Yarmouth.

Went close at this venue twice towards the end of the season in a listed race and a handicap but has failed to transfer that form to this season in deep handicaps. This has seen her mark begin to drop however and she’s starting to look well treated again off a mark of 90.

14:25 William Hill Oaks Trial - Danielle

An impressive winner at Wetherby when last seen on her third start and her debut on turf, easily pulling 12 lengths clear of her rivals.

She looks like she’s got a massive engine on her and arrives here with the best looking form on paper.

14:40 Victoria Cup Handicap - Hickory

Went close in a few races over course and distance last season without winning and has maintained a workable looking handicap mark of 89.

A recent return to racing for this season saw him come a close 2nd at Kempton again under Saffie Osborne and with the handicapper not touching his mark for that effort, he should shape fitter for that run and has a proven record at this track.

15:00 William Hill Derby Trial- Illinois

Wasn’t seen until late last year when winning a maiden event in October, was immediately pitched into Group One company off the back of that and wasn’t disgraced to be 3rd in the Criterium de Saint-Cloud.

Disappointed when returning to action as a short priced favourite in a Group Three at Leopardstown last month, but should sharpen up for that outing and shaped like a longer trip will suit.

15:15 Pertemps Network Swinton Handicap Hurdle - Afadil

Has proven himself to be a really consistent type to keep on side in this big runner 2 mile handicap hurdles, winning the Scottish County Hurdle and then coming 5th at Cheltenham.

Provided another big two runs to be 3rd at Aintree and 4th at Ayr in big events in a short space of time and retains a mark of 130 for his exploits.

15:35 William Hill Chartwell Fillies’ Stakes - Remarquee

It’s hard to ignore the favourite for this, with Remarquee posting some serious bits of form last season to be 2nd in two Group One events behind Tahiyra and Nashwa.
